All Water’s protected under the Freshwater Fisheries Act

It is an offence to fish without permission

Privilege to fish the following waters:

Kilbirnie Loch – Brown Trout, Rainbow Trout,Salmon, Pike, Perch, Roach

Camphill Reservoir – Brown/ Rainbow Trout. (Boat & Fly Fishing only)

River Garnock = Brown/ Sea

 Trout / Salmon ( all Salmon to be returned)

Maich water & Dubbs water to Lochwinnoch road.

Barr Loch ( crown lease allows Samon & Sea Trout fishing only)

Close season for brown trout – 7^th October – 14^th March

Salmon & Sea trout closing date 31^st October

Pike and coarse fishing are allowed on Kilbirnie Loch during the close season
